¿Quien es el ganador?  Who was the winner?

On Wednesday, Feberuary 20, the Third and Fourth grade Spanish classes held Sem’s First Spanish Spelling Bee. Senora Glick and Senora Sims were happily stunned to announce not uno but dos winners of La Abeja. Jake K., Fourth grade, and Lukas S., Third grade, (shown above) were names co-winners of the Bee after multiple rounds of competition with the 75 spelling and vocabulary words. They each received a Spanish/English dictionary and earned a piñata party for their respective Spanish classes. Jacob, Lukas and the other eight semifinalists (Gabriella S., Isabelle A., Kaylee S., Ranveer U., Dominique D., Jacob R., Jacob S., and Joseph G.) were all fantastico.  ¡Felicitaciones!
