Varsity Girls Lacrosse

Signup for an alert reminder.

Girls lacrosse is a sport that will push and challenge you, enhancing your self-confidence and leadership skills, and allowing you to develop strong friendships with teammates and coaches alike.

The Wyoming Seminary Blue Knight girls lacrosse program began as a club team, and gained varsity status for the 2003 season. Girls lacrosse joined the PIAA for the 2011 season to compete in district and state playoffs. Since joining the PIAA, the Blue Knights won the District II Championship in 2011 and 2012. The Blue Knights went onto to play in PIAA State Tournament both years.

We compete in the PIAA with an independent schedule. We play teams from the Allentown area, as well as a number of schools throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Each season, our schedule is competitive and diverse so we reach our goal of becoming an elite program throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding states.

Former members of the Blue Knight squad have played or are currently playing at:

Hamilton College (2008 DIII NCAA Champions, captain)
Franklin & Marshall (2009 DIII NCAA Champions)
     Lafayette College (DI)
     Central Connecticut State (DI)
     Mount Holyoke College (DIII)
     Wilkes University (DIII)

We also have two current team members playing for the club team PAExpress. All home games are played at Klassner Field, a state-of-the-art NeXturf facility, located on Sem's campus. Click here to view Klassner Field Rules.
