1. Download and print forms A, B, C, D, E and F from the
Wyoming
Seminary Upper School Application Packet.
2. Complete
Forms A and B including the Student Essay.
3. Complete
Form C Transcript Request/School Report.
- Parents must sign and date this form.
- Deliver this form to the school academic office, principal or director.
- A transcript of final marks (results) for each year from grade 8 (approximately 12 years old) to the present school year. Current grades are required;
- And a record of the student’s standardized test results.
4. Deliver
Recommendation Forms D, E and F to the appropriate teachers. Deliver each form with an envelope addressed to Wyoming Seminary.
5. Register for one of the following tests, if at all possible:
- Applicants for the 11th, 12th and Postgraduate years may submit PSAT or SAT scores.
- International candidates may, but are not required to, submit TOEFL results.
6. Make application fee payment online: $75 for United States residents and $100 for international
