    Recommendation Forms: In addition to the application, you should submit two recommendation forms completed by a classroom teacher and a private instructor of music or dance. These recommendations may be filled out online or be mailed separately.

    Audition Requirements: Students may audition in one of two ways - by submitting recorded material, or by live audition.  Audition requirements vary by program.  Complete audition information is located on the print version of the PAI application, on the admissions page of the PAI Web site or by contacting the PAI office.

    Application Fee: Please submit the application fee of $35.00 until May 1, 2008 or $50.00 after May 1, 2008, payable to Wyoming Seminary.
