Visiting Wyoming Seminary

We look forward to welcoming you to Wyoming Seminary!  For fall 2021, our preference is that you join us virtually. However, if your travels take you through our area, we can host you in-person provided you are fully vaccinated and masked.

We are offering two formats for a school visit.

  1. Individual school visits: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9 a.m., 12 p.m., or 3 p.m.
Virtual visits will occur much as they did last year with the exception that we will be encouraging our students to attend the virtual visit together in our office so that you can join all of us at our conference table via a big screen much the way you might have if you were with us in person.  We will ask you to share a link with us, and we will be happy to share the students’ names and contact info of any students who join the meeting.  Certainly, there may be students with whom we share the link and who will join independently, but we are hoping that this format will allow students and you to feel a little more connected.
  2. Multiple school visits: Tuesday or Thursday evenings at 7 p.m.
This past year, thanks to virtual college fairs, collaborative programs, and "6x6" mini-fairs, we found that students enjoyed the opportunity to discover a new school as they investigated another with which they had familiarity.  So, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, we hope that 3 or 4 schools can be present together. We will host the zoom, but we will pass along all attendees’ contact info to you. During these visits, each school will be able to offer an overview of what makes it unique, and then at the conclusion of those presentations, we will open "breakout rooms" for reps to meet with students who have questions specific to each school.  We are hopeful that this format will attract students to one or two schools, but then open their eyes to one or two others that they might not have initially considered.

The best way to sign up for a day or evening visit is through SCOIR.

Available visit slots will also be posted on Rep Visits. If you do schedule through Rep Visits, please note that your visit information will be duplicated on our SCOIR calendar as that will be our master calendar.

Most importantly, if your schedule is already set and you need a time that is different from what we are offering, please reach out to Anne Lew directly (  or 570-270-2125).  Stay safe and healthy!  Many thanks for your interest in our students!
