Who are Class Agents?
Class Agents are dedicated alumni who serve as a link between their classmates, the school, and the Alumni Association. Representing their class year, they help strengthen connections within the alumni community through leadership, communication, and engagement.

What does a Class Agent do?
  • Serve as a Liaison: Act as a connection between the school, the Alumni Association, and their class.
  • Communicate with Classmates: Share news, updates, and school events through emails, social media, or phone calls.
  • Support Alumni Giving: Encourage classmates to support the school's annual fund or other fundraising efforts.
  • Promote Alumni Events: Help spread the word about reunions, networking events, and other alumni activities.
  • Assist with Reunion Planning: Collaborate with the school to help organize class reunions and encourage attendance.
  • Gather and Share Class News: Collect updates and milestones from classmates for alumni newsletters or publications.
  • Welcome New Alumni: Reach out to recent graduates to help them stay connected and feel part of the alumni community.
  • Provide Feedback to the School: Share ideas or concerns from classmates to help the school better serve its alumni.
  • Be a Positive Representative: Uphold and promote the values and spirit of the school within the alumni community.
  • Participate in Alumni Panels: Join school events such as alumni panels to share your experiences with students and the community.
Job Requirements
The role of a Class Agent is flexible and designed to fit your schedule. It requires only a small time commitment and a genuine interest in staying connected with your classmates and the school. You are not expected to take on every responsibility listed—just participate in the ways that work best for you. Being a Class Agent is a great way to stay involved with Sem after graduation, on your own terms.
