Basketball - Girls
Overview

Wyoming Seminary girls basketball takes immense pride in fostering a positive and healthy team culture that brings out the best in each student-athlete both on and off the court.
Our experienced coaching staff believes strongly in the power of kindness and support. We celebrate each player's unique talents and encourage them to be their authentic selves, creating an environment where everyone can flourish and contribute to our collective success.
The girls basketball team is a member of the highly competitive Wyoming Valley Conference. The Blue Knights have won three WVC divisional titles (2009, '10, '19). In 2022-23, Sem had an 11-11 record and qualified for the District 2 Class 3A quarterfinals where it lost to eventual state champion Dunmore.
Watching a Sem girls basketball game, you'll immediately feel the team's positive energy from the starting lineup to the bench, including the coaches.
Wyoming Seminary's motto translates to "The True, The Beautiful, The Good," and its girls basketball team embraces these qualities as well as any group on campus.
