Cross Country - Girls Varsity
The Wyoming Seminary cross country program has existed for more than 25 years, a span over which the Blue Knights have been a competitive team in the Wyoming Valley Conference.
Sem's boys cross country team boasts a pair of division titles (2007, 2015) while the girls team has won seven such championships (1995, 2000, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2014, 2015).
In addition to the individual and team success enjoyed during high school, many athletes have continued running after graduation and regularly compete in marathons and triathlons.
Sem cross country is about having fun, developing friendships and beginning a lifelong interest in fitness while achieving academic success.
