The Blue Knights captured their third straight District 2 Class 2A title with a 1-0 win over Wyoming Area. Owen Rowlands ‘23 scored the game-winning goal off a pass from Thomas Iskra ‘23. Goalkeeper Gavin Flanley ‘21 recorded a shutout. Sem was eliminated in the first round of the state playoffs, losing, 6-0, against Lewisburg.
Wyoming Valley Conference coaches selected Rowlands, Iskra, Cooper Wood ‘21, Luke Johns ‘21 and Santi De Los Rios ‘21 as first-team all-stars. Flanley, Jake Gilbert ‘21 and Evan Hromisin ‘21 made the second-team.
Finished with a 15-2 record, while earning District 2 and Wyoming Valley Conference Division 2 titles.
Led by seniors Reggie Grayek, Jared Weisenberger, and Andrew Lehman, the Blue Knights defended their District 2 Class 2A title with a win over Wyoming Area in the championship game. Sem won the Wyoming Valley Conference Division 2 title with a 13-0 record.
The Blue Knights lost 4-0 to Lewisburg in the opening round of the PIAA Class 2A tournament.
Finished with an overall record of 14-2-2. Won the Wyoming Valley Conference Division 2 title as well the District 2 2A championship.

Regular season record of 13-2-2, placing second in Division 2 of the Wyoming Valley Conference. In postseason play, the Blue Knights made it to the finals for the PIAA District 2 Class 2A title, losing to Scranton Prep 2-1 in overtime. The team qualified for states for the third year in a row, losing in the first round to the defending state champions, Lewisburg.
Regular season record of 10-5-1, winning the Class 1A division in the Wyoming Valley Conference for the second consecutive year. In post-season play the Blue Knights went on to the PIAA Class 1A championship for the second year in a row, reaching the state quarterfinals for the first time in 25 years.
Regular season record of 14-2, winning the Class 1A division in the Wyoming Valley Conference. In postseason play, the Blue Knights went on to the PIAA Class 1A championship for the first time since 2002. The season ended with a 2-1 loss in double overtime to Bloomsburg in first round of states.
Regular season record of 9-7, placing second in Division 2 of the Wyoming Valley Conference. Postseason play saw a District 2 quarterfinal victory over Lakeland High School and a loss in the semifinals to Mountain View, the eventual runner-up in the state tournament.

Aaron Littzi takes over as head coach for the Blue Knights after serving one season as assistant coach.
Coach Littzi previously led Wyoming Valley West's boys team to three Class AAA District 2 Championships. He was an assistant for one season for Misericordia University's mens team, and two seasons as an assistant with Marywood University's mens team. He holds an NSCAA national coaching license.
Coach Littzi is a graduate of Susquehanna University where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in Corporate Communications. He earned his masters in health and physical education, with a concentration in sport management from East Stroudsburg University.
Ryan Molitoris '05 joins Littzi on the sidelines as assistant coach for Sem.
