Swimming - Girls
Overview
Whether it is perfecting strokes, mastering turns or fine-tuning starts, the Wyoming Seminary swimming program covers every aspect of competitive swimming.
Sem's boys have won a pair of Wyoming Valley Conference divisional titles and District 2 championships, earning the top spot in 2003 and 2017. The girls team has won four divisional titles (2017, '18, '19, '21). The Blue Knights' boys had an 8-3 record in 2022-23 and the girls went 10-1.
In addition to team success, many Sem swimmers have won individual medals and championships at the District 2 and PIAA state meets.
Sem's swimming team has been used as a springboard to future success by many graduates who have secured spots on collegiate rosters, equipped with the skills and mindset to achieve their goals.
We stress diligence, focus and hard work both in the pool and out. A majority of our swimmers are not only accomplished athletes, but also dean's list students.
