LOWER SCHOOL GRANDPARENTS DAY

Middle School (5th – 8th grade)
8:30 a.m. - Refreshments with your grandchild(ren), Gym
9:00 a.m. - Classroom visits with your grandchild(ren)

Primary Division (Pre-K – 4th grade)
10 a.m. - Refreshments, Gym
10:15 a.m. - Musical Performance, Amato Auditorium
10:45 a.m. - Classroom visits with your grandchild(ren)

 

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Grandparents of Upper School Students: The parking lot for the Kirby Center for Creative Arts is located next to the building on the corner of Hoyt and North Sprague. 

Grandparents of Middle School Students: Please do not arrive any earlier than 8:15 a.m. so that we may usher your grandchildren into the building safely. You will meet your grandchild(ren) in the gym at 8:30 a.m. to enjoy a breakfast reception together! 

Grandparents of Primary School Students: Please do not arrive any earlier than 9:45 a.m.   You may stop in the gym for a refreshment or go straight to the auditorium for the musical performance.  

Grandparents of Pre-K Students: Pre-K students will join the Lower School for Grandparents Day. Parents should drop students off at the Lower School at the regular start of the school day. Pre-K will then join Kindergarten for the 10:15 a.m. musical performance, followed by a special visit with grandparents in the library.

If you have grandchild(ren) in both Middle and Primary School: After visiting the middle school classroom, you will be able to proceed to the auditorium for the primary school performance.
