Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism
Just a reminder that as part of our work in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, Wyoming Seminary will be administering the Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism (AIM) in late January. More information about this survey can be found on the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) website. We have included a short excerpt/description below: The AIM Online Climate Survey engages your community in a confidential analysis designed to elicit feedback on school climate and culture. Members of all constituent groups are given access to the online survey, and upon completion, the school receives summarized results. These results come in an easy-to-digest format the school can put to use in strategic planning and in follow-up training and programming.
We have established a steering committee of both Lower and Upper School personnel. This group will organize and direct the survey administration as well as review the responses and determine the next steps. Please be in touch with any questions. We look forward to your participation in the survey. ~ Kathy Hanlon and Rachel Bartron
